The location of Ruidoso is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to local shops and dining options within walking distance. My room was a comfortable King Suite, and the complimentary breakfast provided was substantial, featuring a variety of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff was attentive and provided efficient assistance during my stay, making my experience pleasant and productive.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable for my family. The room was clean, but there were some crumbs on the floor and a bit of mess in the carpet. The bathroom was nice and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, which made for a decent night's sleep. Overall, it was a good room, but a bit more attention to detail would be great.

during my stay, I loved how close we were to Wingfield Park, which was just a short walk away, and the beautiful Ruidoso River Museum that showcased wonderful local art and history, making our strolls both scenic and enriching.

The views from our room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby trails and even went snow skiing, which was a fantastic family adventure. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the staff went above and beyond to keep everything clean.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better organized. it took too long to refill items.

I really appreciated how close we were to Wingfield Park and the Ruidoso River Museum, making our evening strolls an absolute delight with scenic views and art just around the corner from us, and the staff welcomed us warmly at check-in, ensuring we felt right at home during our two-night stay.

Clean rooms and a great breakfast with both hot and cold options made for an enjoyable experience. Location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. It’s worth mentioning that there was a power outage during my visit, which affected the elevator, but staff handled the situation excellently. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, and the noise level from outside was disruptive at times.
